This is a fantastic book to give your loved ones. It states that it is 48 pages, but only half of those have text on them. The other half are either chapter title pages, or have quotes from the text. When I came out to my husband, I started searching for a book to give to my parents when I was going to come out to them. This is the only book on this subject that is up to date and very tactfully discusses coming out from the perspective of the person coming out. The book explains the coming out process, so your loved ones can understand why you came out to them. I found it to be a good conversation starter. It is short enough that my parents were willing to read it. Once they finished reading it, they had more questions, and they came to me to get more information.
